I had over-ripe bananas, so I came up with this recipe to use them up before they went off. They make this cake so amazingly rich and sweet that you won't need to add any sugar.
This is also really tasty if you add roasted walnuts, roasted almonds, raisins in Step 3.This is difficult to cut and eat when just baked because it contains so much bananna, so save it for tomorrow!
