Butter-Roasted Sea Bass

White fish is nutritionally balanced with little fat. Enjoy it with simple sauce.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sea bass
2 or more cuts
Olive oil
2 tablespoons or more
Salt and pepper
a pinch
1 teaspoon
★Soy sauce
1 teaspoon or more
★Butter or margarine
1 teaspoon


1. Thoroughly rinse the sea bass, and fillet.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Soak in olive oil for 10 minutes.
3. Heat a frying pan with olive oil. Fry the sea bass over medium heat. Cook both sides. Once cooked, transfer to a plate.
4. Add the ★ seasonings to the pan. Mix lightly, and pour the sauce on the fish. It's done!
