The Best Sea Bass Meunière

White fish is especially good for women since it's high in iron.
This crispy pan-fried meunière is a luxurious dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Sea bass
2 plus
Salt and pepper
A dash
Powdered dry herbs
A pinch
White flour
Approx. 1 tablespoon
Olive oil
1 tablespoon plus
Lemon juice
As liked


1. Rinse the sea bass well. Gut, clean, and fillet into 3 slices. Also peel the skin.
2. Season with salt, pepper, and powdered herbs. Coat evenly with flour.
3. Heat a decent amount of olive oil in a frying pan and add the sea bass. Pan-fry both sides to finish!
4. Serve with lemon juice and enjoy.
