Easy and Just 100 Yen! A Delicious "Nest" of Bean Sprouts and Eggs

You can eat plenty of vegetables in this dish, even though it only costs 100 yen! Juts use up the leftover vegetables you have at home.

Ingredients: 3 to 4 servings

Eggs
3 to 4
Bean sprouts
1 packet
Garlic chives
1/2 bunch
Onion
1/2
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
*Sugar
1 tablespoon
*Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
*Sake
1 tablespoon
*Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon
*Chinese chicken stock powder
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Heat sesame oil and fry the onion, bean sprouts and garlic chives (in this order) quickly. Turn down the heat and add the combined * ingredients. Stir and coat the vegetables with the seasonings.
2. Make a small well for the eggs and break them in. Cover the pan.
3. When the egg yolks are half-done, serve them up.
4. Mix the vegetables and the soft eggs before you eat. Cook the eggs to your liking. PS: Drain the bean sprouts well before stir-frying them!
