Butter and Soy Sauce Flavored Spinach and Corn

You can eat tons of spinach in this butter and soy sauce stir fry!
It's easy and colorful, so it's great for bentos.

Ingredients: 2 to 3 servings

Spinach
2 bunches
Corn kernels (frozen or canned)
3 tablespoons
Butter
About 1 tablespoon
Usukuchi soy sauce
1 teaspoon plus
Salt and pepper
To taste

Steps

1. Blanch the spinach, cut into about 5 cm pieces, and wring out tightly.
2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and lightly stir fry the spinach.
3. Add the corn and continue stir frying. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle in the soy sauce, mix lightly and it's done.
