Just Mix and Bake Lemon Yogurt Cake

A fluffy and sticky lemon cake made with yogurt.

Ingredients: 1 pound cake

Cake flour
100 g
Baking powder
1 teaspoon
Plain yogurt (no need to strain)
80 g
80 g (feel free to reduce to preference)
Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons
Lemon juice
1 tablespoon


1. Assemble the ingredients.
2. Sift together the flour and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar.
4. Mix in the beaten egg. Add the lemon juice and mix with a whisk.
5. Add the sifted ingredients from Step 2 and fold with a rubber spatula.
6. Pour batter into a pan lined with baking paper.
7. Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees Celsius. (If you put foil on top midway through, it won't burn.) When a toothpick or skewer inserted into the center comes out clean, it's done.
