My Favourite Rusks with Brown Sugar Honey Bread

I bake bread just to make these rusks.
Once you try one piece... you can't stop.

Ingredients: about 30 pieces

Brown sugar and honey bread (Recipe ID: 1019650)
1 loaf
Unsalted butter
50 g
Granulated sugar
35 g

Steps

1. Thinly slice the brown sugar honey bread. It's best if you can slice it into 25 ~ 30 pieces.
2. Bake in the oven for 10 ~ 15 minutes at 140℃. When cooled, thinly spread the mixture of butter and granulated sugar.
3. Bake in the oven for 25 ~ 30 minutes at 130℃.
4. Once cooled, store in a jar or am air tight container to prevent drying.
5. I put 2 pieces into each bag to wrap. They are perfect presents.
6. They are crispy and delicious.
