Pan-Fried Buttered Panko Cod

Ingredients: 2 servings

Cod (scrap or thinly sliced)
2 slices
Panko
as needed
Pepper
as needed
Salt
as needed
Butter
as needed

Steps

1. Cut the cod into bite sized pieces and sprinkle with some salt.
2. Sprinkle the cod with panko.
3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat and fry both sides of the cod until golden brown.
4. Transfer it to the plate and sprinkle with a generous amount of pepper.

I wanted to pack fish in my bento that wasn't salmon, so I created this recipe.
