My Family's Recipe♪ Egg and Pork Belly Wraps

Kids who love eggs can't get enough of this! They won't be able to stop eating! It's great in bento too!

Ingredients: 2-3 servings

Sliced pork belly
200g
Eggs
7-10
●Sake
100ml
●Water
200ml
●Sugar
2 tablespoons
●Mirin
5 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
3 tablespoons

Steps

1. Make hard-boiled eggs.
2. Wrap in the pork slices.
3. Put the ingredients marked ● in a pot. Add the pork-wrapped eggs. Cover with an otoshibuta drop lid, or parchment paper directly on top and simmer for 10~15 minutes. When half of the sauce has boiled down, it's done!
