Tuna and Onion Stir-Fry

It tastes incredible even with only 3 ingredients! The sweet and salty taste, plus the umami from the tuna highlight the tartness of onion, and whets your appetite.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
Onion
1/2
Eggs
2
Sugar
2 tablespoons (you can make it a little bit sweeter)
Soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Heat a frying-pan, and add the canned tuna. Add the sliced onion, and stir-fry.
2. Add the sugar and soy sauce to the eggs, and beat together. When the onion is soft and wilted, add the egg mixture.
3. When the eggs are 90% cooked through, turn off the heat and it's done!
