Egg, Tomato, and Malony Noodle Soup

This is an instant soup I made with ingredients I had around the house. . I added leftover Malony noodles I had from making hot pot dishes at home.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Malony noodles
as much as you like
1000 ml
Soy sauce
3 tablespoons
Chinese chicken stock powder
2 tablespoons
Sesame oil
1 teaspoon
Katakuriko slurry
as needed


1. Cut the tomato into bite-sized pieces. Beat the egg.
2. Put the water, chicken stock powder and soy sauce in a sauce pan and heat.
3. Once it starts boiling, add the Malony noodles.
4. Add the chopped tomato.
5. Once it starts boiling again, add the katakuriko slurry, and then the beaten egg. Stir the soup with a ladle and turn off the heat.
6. After you've turned off the heat, add sesame oil and stir it all together.
7. Ladle the soup into bowls and it's done.
