This is Recipe #2 in my Frying Pan Pasta series. I worry about how salty tarako pasta is, but it's so delicious that sometimes I really want to eat some. I made this without butter or heavy cream to make it a little healthier.
The pasta will be al dente by the end of Step 2, so the final result will be pretty soft. If you like firmer pasta, reduce the amount of time you let the pasta sit during Step 2.
