A Simple Taste! Grilled Chicken Wings

Let's enjoy chicken that's simple and delicious!
The chicken's deliciousness is brought out by being marinated in the lemon juice, salt and krazy salt!

Ingredients: Serves 2 people

Chicken wing tips
6-8 wings
★Lemon juice
1 tablespoon
★Salt
1 teaspoon
★Cooking sake
1 tablespoon
Krazy Salt
a small amount

Steps

1. Wash the chicken by splashing it, and make cuts on top so it cooks easier.
2. After you have washed the chicken properly, put the chicken wings on a tray skin side up.
3. Take the ★ ingredients, mix them together, and coat evenly. Let sit for 5 minutes. Transfer to a baking sheet and coat with Krazy Salt.
4. Grill skin side down for 4 minutes on medium heat. When nicely browned, flip and grill over medium heat for 6 minutes. And they are done!
5. This is recipe also works for the wing's midsection.
6. Personally I like to make soup with the wing tips!

This is the first time I've made these basic grilled chicken wings. It was such a hit, it's now become a set dish in my house.
