Chilled Chinese Noodles

Chilled Chinese Noodles

I have been making these chilled Chinese noodles for a very long time. People tell me it's even better than the chilled Chinese noodles you get in restaurants!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Chinese-style noodles
2 portions
Eggs
2
Cucumber
1/3
Tomato
1/2
Bean sprouts
1/2 bag
Roast pork
2 slices
★Soy sauce
50ml
★Vinegar
60ml
★Water
70ml
★Sugar
20 g
★Salt
a pinch
★ Umami seasoning
a small amount
★Sesame oil
1 teaspoon

Steps

1. Boil the Chinese noodles for 2-3 minutes. Rinse them off and set aside. Cut all of the vegetables and meat into strips. Boil the bean sprouts. Mix a pinch of salt into the egg and make a thin omelet crepe, then julienne.
2. Make the sauce. Place all of the ★ ingredients into a pot and turn on the heat. When the sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat.
3. Arrange the Chinese noodles on a plate and top with the vegetables, egg, and roast pork. Pour over the sauce and it's done. You can optionally add Japanese mustard.
