Moist and Fluffy Madeleines with Heavy Cream

These fluffy and moist madeleine cakes are easy and quick to make! Please make these when you have sudden guests or kids' play dates.


●Cake flour
120 g
120 g
a pinch
●Baking powder
1 teaspoon
◇Heavy cream
80 ml
50 ml
◇Vanilla extract
as needed
◇Lemon juice
about 1 teaspoon
Melted butter
for coating the pan


1. Prep the ingredients. This is all you need!
2. Add the ● marked ingredients in a bowl and combine with a whisk.
3. Then add the ◇ marked ingredients in order from the top and combine until smooth.
4. Preheat the oven to 180℃. Brush the Madeleine pan with the melted butter.
5. Bake for 18~20 minutes and done.
6. The brown ones in the picture are the chocolate version. Sprinkle any topping before baking if you like.
