"Pon-de-Ring" Doughnuts

I kept tweaking this recipe, and finally settled on this. It's a simple and easy recipe, so you can make it with your children .

Ingredients: 4 doughnuts

Tapioca starch
50 g
Katakuriko
10 g
Cake flour
40 g
Baking powder
5 g
Sugar
30 g
Salt
a pinch
Firm tofu
100 g
Egg yolk
1/2

Steps

1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well so that no lumps remain.
2. Put Step 1 into a piping bag with a round tip. Pipe the dough into the "Pon-de-ring" shapes as shown in the profile photo. Deep fry in oil at 160℃.
