Easy Pasta with Mushrooms and Cream Cheese in a Bowl

Combine the ingredients and the seasonings in a bowl, and microwave to make this authentic pasta. This dish has a rich flavour!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pasta (1.6 mm, cooking time 7 minutes)
200 g
4 slices
Shimeji mushrooms
1 packet
◎Salt and pepper
to taste
◎White wine
4 tablespoons
◎Consommé stock granules
1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons
●Heavy cream
6 tablespoons
●Grated cheese
4 tablespoons
a small amount


1. Cook the pasta a little bit less than the cooking time on the package.
2. Place the 1 cm bacon strips, crumbled shimeji mushrooms, and ◎ ingredients in a heatproof bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600 W.
3. Add ● ingredients to Step 2, and mix. *Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper according to your taste.
4. Drain the freshly cooked pasta in a sieve, add to Step 3 sauce, and mix well. Serve onto a plate, garnish with minced parsley, and done.
