Tentsuyu (Tempura Dipping Sauce) for Delicious Tempura

This is so refreshing with grated daikon radish! This tentsuyu is so great, you'll want to eat a lot of tempura to go with it! Goes well with rice, too!

Ingredients: 4 servings

200 ml
Usukuchi soy sauce
50 ml
50 ml
Bonito flakes
a handful
Grated daikon radish
as desired
Grated ginger
as desired


1. Put all the ingredients into a small pot and turn on the heat. Once it begins to boil, turn off the heat.
2. Let cool in the pot. Strain through a dish cloth or a paper towel.
