Light and Airy Chicken Tender Piccata, Curry Flavor

Light and Airy Chicken Tender Piccata, Curry Flavor

I made a simple main dish piccata using chicken tenders. Both adults and children looove this flavor! Use a plastic bag for the seasoning process, and you'll have these whipped up in no time.

Ingredients: 3 servings

Chicken tenders
☆Curry powder
1 tablespoon
☆White cake flour
1 tablespoon
☆Grated cheese
1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon
1 clove (grated)
Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons
Lemon and parsley
to taste

1. Take any sinews off the chicken tenders, and cut into diagonal slices.
2. Put the cut up chicken tenders in a plastic bag with the sake and garlic, and massage over the bag to rub in the flavors.
3. Add the ☆ seasoning ingredients and rub them in too.
4. Take the chicken out of the bag and dip in beaten egg.
5. Pan fry in oil in a frying pan on both sides until done.
6. Since this recipe doesn't have much salt, if it's not flavored enough for you, try adding more salt and pepper to the seasoning, or serve with some ketchup!

Story Behind this Recipe

I made curry-flavored chicken tenders so that my curry-loving 2 years old daughter would eat them up.
