Condensed Milk Sweet Bread (Using a Bread Maker)

Condensed Milk Sweet Bread (Using a Bread Maker)

Slightly sweet bread I made using leftover condensed milk.
You can make it in the bread maker as-is instead of as mini-rolls and it'll be just as delicious.

Ingredients: makes 18 mini rolls

Dry yeast
5 g
40 g
Bread (strong) flour
380 g
5 g
Condensed milk
50 g
240 ml
Flour for Coating
Bread (strong) flour
a small amount

1. Add all the ingredients to your bread maker, set for the dough kneading course and turn it on!
2. Once finished, take it out and divide into 18 pieces. The dough will be loose, so if you coat with flour while you work it'll make things a little easier.
3. Let sit for 10 minutes. Cover with a damp cloth to keep them from drying out.
4. Press down from above to remove the air, then restore the round shape. If the dough is still sticky at this point, coat with flour again.
5. Allow to rise at 40 ℃ for 40 minutes.
6. Bake in the preheated oven at 180℃ for 10 to 15 minutes.
7. Once finished, place on a rack to cool, and they're complete.

Story Behind this Recipe

I didn't want my leftover condensed milk to go to waste, so I tried making bread with it.
