Salmon Meunière with a Simple and Colorful Vegetable Sauce

Salmon Meunière with a Simple and Colorful Vegetable Sauce

You make the vegetable sauce while the salmon is cooking by just adding vegetables together, and put them on top of the salmon. This is a simple and colorful dish.

Ingredients: 2 servings

Raw salmon
2 pieces
Plain flour
as needed
to taste
~Vegetable Sauce~
★Soy sauce
About 1/2 tablespoon
About 1/2 tablespoon
1/4~1/3 cucumber
Red bell pepper

1. Coat the salmon in flour.
2. Cook the salmon in a preheated pan coated with oil. Once one side has turned golden brown, add butter to taste, flip the salmon over, and cook until it has cooked all the way through to the center.
3. Prepare the sauce while the salmon is cooking. First, finely chop the cucumber and paprika peppers, and lightly squeeze out the water.
4. Add ★, soy sauce, and mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly together. Put it on top of the cooked salmon and it is done!
5. I use the leftover vegetable sauce the next day in bentos as a side dish. Please check out Recipe ID: 1101958.
