Easy Okara Nuggets for Bento or Snack

All you need to do is mix and fry, but these nuggets are also healthy.
You can also freeze them to save as bento items...

Ingredients: 2 servings

Fresh okara
100 g
★Panko, katakuriko, and mayonnaise
2 tablespoons each
★Chicken soup stock granules
1 tablespoon
★Salt and pepper
a pinch each
Green onions, roasted sesame seeds
to taste
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon

Steps

1. Combine the okara and the ★ ingredients and mix until even.
2. Mix the green onions and roasted sesame seeds into the mixture from Step 1.
3. Pour sesame oil into a frying pan and fry the nuggets until brown. Enjoy!
