You'll be Addicted! Tofu with Chinese Garlic Chive Sauce

Simple! You will love this all-purpose sauce, which goes well with anything. You can serve this by itself. In summer it's great with chilled tofu. In winter very it's great with warm tofu.

Ingredients

Chinese garlic chives
1/2 bunch
Tofu
1 block
Flavoring ingredients
Sugar
1 tablespoon
Apple cider vinegar (or grain vinegar)
1 tablespoon
Soy sauce
1 and 1/2 tablespoon
Sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Garlic
1 clove
Toasted sesame seeds
2 tablespoons

Steps

1. Chop the garlic finely. Stir fry in heated sesame oil until aromatic.
2. Add finely chopped Chinese chives to the pan.
3. Heat tofu in the microwave to drain the excess water.
4. Add sugar, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce and stir. Pour over the tofu. Serve.
