Story Behind this Recipe
I wanted to come up with a simple recipe that would work for any meal during the day, that could be also a perfect bento item that was easy to eat and looked charming.
In Step 2, be sure to make deep cuts in the shrimp and open them up. Also in Step 6, the melted cheese serves as a "glue" to bind the shrimp and the potato together. Adjust the length of microwave cooking time to suit your oven.
