Easy Japanese-Style Mentaiko Pasta - Try It For Lunch!

An easy pasta you just mix in a bowl. It's light and Japanese-flavored. Try it for lunch!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Pasta
200 g
● Mentaiko (or tarako)
60 to 80 g
●Butter
10 to 15 g
● Soy sauce
1 tablespoon
● Lemon juice
1/2 lemon (or 1 tablespoon)
● Umami seasoning
4 shakes
Nori seaweed and shiso leaves
To taste

Steps

1. Cook the pasta following the package instructions, or cook them al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, mix the ingredients marked ● in a bowl. Take the membrane off the mentaiko first.
3. Drain the cooked pasta and quickly mix in the sauce from Step 2. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with nori seaweed and shiso leaves, and it's done!
