Refreshing and Delicious Stir-Fry with Pork Offcuts

The vinegar makes it refreshing and delicious.
I was surprised by the rich taste my self.
It's cheap and the meat is tender.

Ingredients: using 100 g of pork

◆Coarsely chopped pork (thin)

◆ Kombu tea
1/4 teaspoon
◆Dashi soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
◆Rice vinegar
1/2 tablespoon
Vegetable oil (for stir frying)
1 teaspoon
●Rice vinegar
1 teaspoon
● Soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon
●Sesame seeds
1 tablespoon
● Black pepper
2- 3 shakes


1. Cut the pork into suitable sizes. Ready the ingredients labeled ◆.
2. Marinate the pork in the mixture of ◆ ingredients and rub in. Leave for 10 minutes.
3. During this time, prepare the ● ingredients.
4. Add the vegetable oil and the ingredients from Step 2 to the pan and heat.
5. Add the ● ingredients and stir (let the moisture evaporate).
6. Put on a plate and serve. I really enjoyed the rich taste of the "Jukumi" vinegar.

I thought of this recipe because I really love vinegar. I really like the depth of the taste in "Jukumi-su" brand vinegar.
It was refreshing and delicious and family loved it. Even people who usually don't like vinegar said they could enjoy this dish.
