The spiciness of the yuzu pepper is suited to an adult palate. It's really easy to prepare and makes a perfect accompaniment to beer. It tastes even better and spicier if you leave it to rest in the fridge the night before cooking!
Spread the yuzu pepper paste onto the chicken wings. Place in a plastic bag and rub it in. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavor settle in.
Cook for 20 minutes in a 230℃ oven.

As yuzu pepper paste varies in spiciness and saltiness, adjust the amount you use by testing your own. I think in most cases you won't need to add salt... My oven doesn't quite reach high temperatures easily, so also adjust the cooking time according to your oven.
