Yuzu Pepper Chicken Wings

The spiciness of the yuzu pepper is suited to an adult palate. It's really easy to prepare and makes a perfect accompaniment to beer. It tastes even better and spicier if you leave it to rest in the fridge the night before cooking!


Chicken wings - the midsection and the tip
Yuzu pepper paste
1 tablespoon


1. Spread the yuzu pepper paste onto the chicken wings. Place in a plastic bag and rub it in. Leave it in the fridge for 1 hour to let the flavor settle in.
2. Cook for 20 minutes in a 230℃ oven.
