Low Sugar Matcha Cake

An easy sponge cake you can make in the microwave! It's nice for breakfast.

Ingredients: one 15 cm dish

For the Sponge Cake
Soy flour
50 g
Artificial sweetener (3 times the sweetness of sugar)
15 g
Baking powder
5 g
Matcha
as needed
Egg
1
Water
50 ml
Whipped cream for decoration

Steps

1. Mix all the dry ingredients together.
2. Mix in the beaten egg and water.
3. Line a heatproof dish in plastic wrap, and microwave the cake at 500 W for 3 minutes.
4. Decorate it when cooled to finish.
