Low-Sugar Soy Flour Brownies

Just combine the ingredients and bake and you'll have brownies.

Ingredients: two 18 x 5 cm pound cake pans

Soy Flour
100 g
Cocoa powder
40 g
Artificial sweetener (3x sweeter than sugar)
25 g
Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
Soy milk
200 ml
Vegetable oil
3 tablespoons
Walnut powder (Or crushed walnuts)
50 g


1. Combine the sugar and vegetable oil. Add all of the dry ingredients.
2. Stir in the soy milk.
3. Fill the cake pans 2 cm high with the batter and bake for 20 minutes in an 180℃ oven.
