Granulated sugar
30 g
Vanilla beans (vanilla essence)
As needed
Powdered gelatin

As preferred

1. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Make lengthwise cuts in the vanilla beans and scrape out the insides.
2. Add heavy cream, milk, and granulated sugar in a pot. Heat until it's nearly boiling. Turn the heat off and add vanilla beans and the dissolved gelatin.
3. Chill the pot in cold water, and cool down the mixture as you stir. Continue until it's slightly thick. Pour into desired cups. Chill 2-3 hours in the fridge to finish!
4. Please serve with your favorite sauce or fruits It's even more simple if you use store bought yogurt sauce.
5. This is how it looks like from the side◎ ※I used a slightly bigger cup.
