Easy Sausage Pizza

This is a traditional sausage pizza. It goes well with red wine.

Ingredients: 27cm pizza x 2

Basic pizza base (27cm) See Recipe ID: 1043830
Pizza topping
1 bag (6-7 sausages)
1/2 medium
Red bell pepper
Frozen corn kernels
4 tablespoons
Mushrooms (tinned)
1 small can
Pizza sauce
4 tablespoons
Pizza cheese
to taste


1. Thinly slice the onion and rub in 1 teaspoon of salt. Leave for 15 minutes, and then wash off the salt with water. Remove excess water with paper towels.
2. Use shop-bought pizza sauce or make your own. I plan to upload a separate recipe for my handmade pizza sauce.
3. Pierce the pizza bases (recipe ID: 1043830) with a fork.
4. Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on top.
5. Sprinkle with the well drained onions, diagonally cut sausages, sliced red bell peppers, mushrooms and frozen corn kernels.
6. Top with plenty of cheese and bake for 10-12 minutes at 300℃.
7. Melting cheese and crispy pizza base - it's best to eat homemade pizza while it's hot!
