Brown Sugar Coconut Tofu Cream

If you eat this you might find it's gone in an instant.
A rich, creamy, delicious taste that'll have you doubting that this is really tofu.
Can eat as-is, or together with bread.

Ingredients: an amount that's easy to make

Firm tofu
1 packet (300g)
Coconut milk powder
4 tablespoons
Brown sugar (powdered)
3 - 4 tablespoons
Vanilla extract
a small amount


1. Microwave the tofu for 4 minutes, unwrapped. Drain, then place in Tupperware and refrigerate overnight (quite a bit of moisture should have come out by the next day).
2. Use a food processor to blend everything together smoothly and it's complete. If you don't have a food processor use a strainer and mix well.
3. You can use light brown sugar in place of the brown sugar. If you use drained yogurt instead of tofu you get a rich, cream cheese-like taste. I recommend it!
