Peel the potatoes, microwave till soft and mash.
Add the mayonnaise, katakuriko, salt and pepper to the potato and mix well.
Shape it as you like and fry in a frying pan until brown.
Eat it while they are hot.
Story Behind this Recipe
My husband doesn't like potatoes cut in blocks, whether it's in curry or stew. But I love potatoes. Both of us love mayonnaise so I added it and made it like a rice cake and he finished it all in no time.
■It is of course delicious even if you reduce the amount of mayonnaise!! ■My husband and I are addicted to mayonnaise so we put extra mayonnaise on it when we eat.
