White Chocolate Green Tea Brownie

White Chocolate Green Tea Brownie

This is a white chocolate and green tea version of my brownie recipe. It's recommended for those who love green tea.

Ingredients: 12 cm x 14 cm rectangular pan

White chocolate
40 g
30 g
20 g
Egg (Large)
20 ml
White flour
20 g
Green tea (non-sweetened)
5 g
Skim milk (if you don't have, add 10 g granulated powder)
10 g

1. Leave the butter and egg out at room temperature. Mince the chocolate. Combine the flour and matcha and set aside. Cover the pan with a baking sheet.
2. Use a hand mixer to whip the softened butter into cream. Add the sugar and skim milk and mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate in a double boiler. Add milk and mix.
4. Add Step 3 to 2. Add the beaten egg in 3 portions, mixing with a hand mixer each time.
5. Once it becomes white and fluffy, sift in the dry ingredients from Step 1. Use a rubber spatula to mix until no longer powdery. Preheat your oven to 170℃.
6. Pour into the pan, rap the bottom of the pan on a surface to release air bubbles. Bake in the preheated oven at 170℃ for 30 minutes.
7. Once it's baked, remove from the pan, peel off the paper, and cool on a rack. Once it has cooled, sprinkle whatever powdered ingredients you prefer.
