Addicting Tuna Fried Rice

Made in a jiffy, and my children love it! Try this for lunch.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Warm cooked rice
360 ml uncooked
1/2 small
1/8 (about 4 leaves)
Egg (optional)
3 tablespoons
Canned tuna
1 can (80 g)
★Salt and pepper
To taste
★Soy sauce
1 teaspoon plus
Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon


1. Finely chop the onion. Chop the cabbage into easy to eat pieces. Mix mayonnaise with the rice.
2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add the beaten egg. Add rice mixed with mayonnaise right away and stir fry.
3. Add the onion and cabbage and season with the ★ ingredients, then add the well drained canned tuna. Stir fry well.
4. Done.

Story Behind this Recipe

I couldn't go shopping, and I wanted to make something to eat... but I only had half an onion and cabbage in the refrigerator...
I added canned tuna, which my son loves, to make fried rice and he loved it.
Since then it's become one of his favorite recipes.
