Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the bacon. Sprinkle as much cheese as you like.
Serve this on a plate and sprinkle the dried parsley or basil on top.

I made this because I ran out of appetizers when I was drinking...
Really simple. No tricks! The bacon I used is quite salty so I didn't add salt, but if you think it's necessary, add salt. I think it might also be tasty to add garlic and cayenne pepper when frying the bacon if you're making pasta.
