✿ Short and Easy Five Ingredients Soybeans ✿

A quick recipe that doesn't require a pressure cooker.
Not only is it highly nutritious, but it's colorful.
Also can be a space filler for packed lunches ♪

Ingredients: An easy to make portion

Boiled soy beans (canned)
Konnyaku (preboiled)
120 g
1/2 about 60 g
Dried shiitake mushrooms
30 g
Green beans
30 g
❖ Sugar
1.5 tablespoons
❖ Mirin
1.5 tablespoons
❖ Soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons
❖ Sake
1.5 tablespoons
❖ The leftover water from soaking the dried shiitake
100 ml


1. Ingredients
2. Add 1 tablespoon (not in ingredient list) of sugar to 200ml of hot water and soak the dried shiitake mushroom. This will soften the mushrooms quickly.
3. Dice all the ingredients roughly the same size as the soy beans.
4. Mix all the ❖ ingredients in a pot.
5. Add the ingredients from step 3 in the pot and heat.
6. Cover with a lid and turn up to high heat until it starts to boil. Once it boils, turn down the heat and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the lid and boil down.
