Ingredients: 5 chicken tenders

Chicken tenders
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons
1 to 2 teaspoons
Cooking sake
2 tablespoons
as needed
Salt and pepper
to taste

1. Remove the tendons from the chicken tenders and cut into bite-sized pieces. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, sprinkle on the flour, and set aside.
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over medium heat. When the chicken pieces are well-browned, flip them over. Pour in the sake, cover with the lid, and continue cooking.
3. When the chicken is cooked through, add the ★ ingredients for the seasoning. You'r all done.
4. I often put this chicken in bento since it's brightly colored and tastes good cold.
