Super Easy Lasagna

Kids and adults alike love this lasagna It's a perfect dish to serve when you have your guests over as well. It's filling but light. Please give this lasagna a try!

Ingredients: 22 cm square dish

Lasagna noodles (dried)
8 sheets
Melting cheese
as needed
Parmesan cheese
as needed
(White Sauce)
Cake flour
6 tablespoons
Butter
60 g
Milk
400 ml
Consommé soup stock granules
2 teaspoons
Nutmeg
a small amount
Salt
1 teaspoon
Pepper
as needed
(Meat Sauce)
Onion
1
Garlic
2 cloves
Ground meat
300 g
Canned tomatoes
2 cans
Consommé soup stock granules
2 teaspoons
Nutmeg
a small amount
Salt
1 teaspoon plus ~ to your liking
Krazy salt (optional)
as needed
Ketchup
1 tablespoon
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon
Water
100 ml

Steps

1. White Sauce: Microwave the cake flour and butter for 1.5 minutes at 1000 W and mix well.
2. Slowly mix in the milk and microwave for 6 minutes at 600 W. Add the seasonings and mix well. When the mixture becomes thick, it's ready.
3. Meat Sauce Heat olive oil in a frying pan, and lightly sauté the garlic and onion until they turn brown. Add the ground meat and fry well.
4. Add the canned tomatoes, consommé soup stock granules, nutmeg, salt, Krazy salt, ketchup, sugar, Parmesan cheese, and water, then simmer.
5. Turn off the heat when there is some liquid left in the pot.
6. Lay out the lasagna noodle → meat sauce → lasagna noodle → white sauce → lasagna in that order. Spread the white sauce → meat sauce, and top with cheese at the end.
7. Leave it for 10 minutes to soften the lasagna noodles. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 250°C, and done.
