Simple and Healthy Dinner Scones

These scones are done in 30 minutes and are perfect for dinner. They are made with olive oil so they're healthy. They go very well with wine.

Ingredients: About 9 scones

●White flour
200 g
●Baking powder
4 teaspoons
●Olive oil
40 ml
50 ml
1 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon
25 - 40 g as you like
Gorgonzola cheese
25 - 40 g


1. Dice the salami and cheese. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Sift the flour and baking powder together. Combine with the ingredients marked ●, and mix so the dough comes together.
3. Mix in the salami and cheese.
4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm with a rolling pin.
5. Cut out round shapes. You can use a cup for this.
6. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes at 200°C.
7. They are nicely browned when done.
