In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the ● ingredients.
Portion the meat mixture onto a surface, such as a cutting board with a big spoon. Use the spoon to shape into patties.
Lightly coat a pan with oil and cook the patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
Flip them over and cover with a lid (or cover with aluminum foil) and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer onto plates, scatter seaweed strips and sesame on top, and it's done!
Story Behind this Recipe
This is an experimental recipe that I made to use up gochujang paste that I bought impulsively... I used it in a stuffed meat recipe as well.
The sesame oil mixed into the meat will seep out when you cook the patties, so you only need a little bit of oil to cook them. I recommend using a paper towel to spread the oil on the pan.The cooking time depends on the thickness of the patties, so adjust the cooking time accordingly.
