No-Mess Korean-style Mini Burgers

No-Mess Korean-style Mini Burgers

The patties are held together with katakuriko, and don't require bread crumbs or eggs. They are small, so you don't need to smack them with your palms to release trapped air. They're a bit spicy!

1. In a bowl, mix the ground meat with the ● ingredients.
2. Portion the meat mixture onto a surface, such as a cutting board with a big spoon. Use the spoon to shape into patties.
3. Lightly coat a pan with oil and cook the patties. Cook for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.
4. Flip them over and cover with a lid (or cover with aluminum foil) and cook for 2 minutes. Transfer onto plates, scatter seaweed strips and sesame on top, and it's done!

Story Behind this Recipe

This is an experimental recipe that I made to use up gochujang paste that I bought impulsively... I used it in a stuffed meat recipe as well.
