Combining carrots with oil is an effective way to get your vitamin A. ☆ Marinated with plenty of spice, these carrots are so tasty, you'll be able to eat a bunch of them.

Ingredients: 4 servings

Carrots (preferably organic)

Olive oil (preferably extra virgin)
1 tablespoon
White wine vinegar (or your choice of vinegar)
1/2-1 tablespoon (to taste)
Maple syrup
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Oregano
to taste
Cumin
a pinch
Parsley (dry or fresh)
a small amount

Steps

1. Rough chop the carrots and boil until tender. Prepare the marinade.
2. Place the boiled carrots in the marinade, mix well, then they're ready to serve.
3. This recipe also works well with thinly sliced carrots.
