Oil-Free Chicken Nanban

This recipe doesn't require oil so it's very healthy.
It's just like authentic chicken nanban.
You'll be surprised by how easy it is to make.


Chicken breast
1 tablespoon
The sauce ingredients:
2 tablespoons
●Soy sauce
2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons


1. Coat both sides of the chicken breast with katakuriko.
2. Pan-fry both sides well. Steam-fry the chicken by using lid smaller than your pan. This will help make your chicken juicy and tender.
3. Mix the ● ingredients and pour on top of the chicken, and you're all done.
4. It's also delicious to serve with boiled eggs mixed with mayo.
