Spicy Korean-style Natto and Chilled Tofu

Ingredients

Silken tofu
150 g~
●Natto
1 pack (50 g)
●Gochujang
1 teaspoon
●Doubanjiang
a small amount
●Ground sesame seeds
1 teaspoon
● Concentrated mentsuyu or dashi soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon
●Sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
○ Chopped leek
to taste
○Toasted sesame seeds
to taste
○Korean nori seaweed
to taste
Concentrated mentsuyu or dashi soy sauce
as needed

Steps

1. Pour the mentsuyu over the tofu.
2. Combine the seasonings marked ● and top on the tofu.
3. Add the ○ ingredients (and whatever you prefer).
