Simple Chocolate Sauce

Simple Chocolate Sauce

I thought that there's probably quite a lot of people who'd use more chocolate sauce if they had it.

Ingredients: A manageable amount

Dark chocolate
50 g
50 g
Granulated sugar
15 g
5 g

1. Add the chocolate, water and sugar into a small pan and melt on a low heat, stirring with a wooden spatula.
2. Once the mixture has boiled, keep stirring with a wooden or rubber spatula so that the mixture doesn't burn to the sides. Once the mixture is smooth like the photo, stop the heat.
3. Add the butter and mix well to complete the sauce. Pour the sauce into something like an empty jam jar and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
4. Use this sauce with ice cream or pancakes. Or even add it to milk and make a hot chocolate. Use it in any way you like!
