Egg and Dairy-Free Raisin Cookies

These raisin cookies can be made without eggs or dairy products They can be enjoyed by those with food allergies and dieters alike.

Ingredients: Sixteen 5 x 4 cm cookies

○ Cake flour
100 g
○ Beet sugar
20 g
○ Baking powder (aluminum-free)
1 teaspoon
○ Natural sea salt
a pinch
○ Raisins
60 g
● Soy milk
40 ml
● Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon


1. Combine the ○ ingredients in a bowl, then mix well with a whisk.
2. Plump the raisins by pouring boiling water over them and draining. Add the raisins to the bowl.
3. Thoroughly combine the ● ingredients, then add to the bowl and mix with your hands.
4. Roll out the dough into a 20 x 20 cm square, then cut into 16 equal portions.
5. Bake for about 15 minutes in an oven preheated to 170℃. If necessary, cover with foil to avoid burning the raisins.
