Soy Burger with Daikon Radish Sauce

You can take in a lot of isoflavone by eating this!

Ingredients: 2 servings

Ground chicken
100 g
Silken tofu
50 g
Soy beans (canned, cooked in water)
30 g
Mixed vegetables (frozen)
30 g
Grated ginger
1 thumb
Miso
1 teaspoon
Egg
20 g
Shiro-dashi
1 teaspoon
Salt and pepper
to taste
Katakuriko
1 tablespoon
Sauce
Daikon radish
50 g
Nagaimo yam
50 g
Soy milk
50 ml
Shiro-dashi
1 tablespoon
Salt and white pepper
as needed
Katakuriko slurry
as needed

Steps

1. Prep: Drain the water from the tofu.
2. In a bowl, mix the ground chicken until sticky. Add the other ingredients and mix.
3. Heat a pan and cook the mixture from Step 2. Mind that you don't burn it.
4. Sauce: Grate the radish and yam.
5. Put the sauce ingredients into a pan and heat. Adjust the flavor with salt and white pepper, then add the katakuriko dissolved in water, and heat until the mixture thickens.
