Choco Flake Bar

Cool for a chewier texture and leave at room temperature for a softer feel. It's delicious either way.

Ingredients: one 20 x 25 pan

Chocolate (your desired type)
50 g
Marshmallow
150 g
Butter
50 g
Corn flakes
180 g

Steps

1. Wrap up a pan with plastic wrap.
2. Mince the chocolate and melt on low heat with the butter together in a large pot or frying pan.
3. Once it starts to bubble remove it from the heat to prevent burning. Mix well.
4. Add the marshmallows all at once. Continue mixing until there are no lumps left.
5. Add the corn flakes, mix once, then stop the heat.
6. Continue mixing until uniform. Mix from the bottom upwards in a scooping motion.
7. Once you finish mixing quickly pour into the pan. Use a rubber spatula to make sure there are no holes and it's packed in tightly.
8. Wrap and leave out at room temperature until it cools completely. Cut into your desired size.
9. In Step 7 you can also create rounded balls with a spoon, etc. In this case I recommend making them on the smaller side.
