Green Onion, Nori Seaweed and Sakura Shrimp Tamagoyaki

This recipe uses shredded nori seaweed and dried sakura shrimp, so it is quick to make. This is a colorful and delicious tamagoyaki .

Ingredients: 5-6 slices

Eggs
2
Thinly sliced green onion
2 teaspoons
Sakura shrimp
2 teaspoons
Shredded nori seaweed
1 tablespoon
Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
2 teaspoons
Oil
2-3 teaspoons

Steps

1. Thoroughly mix all of the ingredients together aside from the oil in a container like a soup bowl.
2. Heat oil in a pan, and add in the egg mixture from step 1 in 2-3 batches.
3. Wrap the rolled omelette from step 2 in a paper towel to adjust the shape, and cut it into 5-6 portions after it has cooled.
4. Have it for breakfast or pack it in a bento!

I wanted to make a colorful and delicious tamagoyaki, so I made one using green onions and sakura shrimp. I also added my favorite seaweed.
