Square Truffles Made with Ice Cream

Made with only two ingredients: chocolate and ice-cream! Who knew you could make such delicious truffles with only two ingredients!


Milk chocolate (or white chocolate)
200 g
Vanilla ice cream
80 g
Cocoa powder
as needed


1. Chop the chocolate into small pieces and place in a microwave-safe bowl with the ice cream. Loosely wrap and microwave at 500W for 2 minutes.
2. When it's melted, mix well and pour into a container lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
3. When set, cut it into whatever shapes you like and dust with cocoa powder!
4. You can also shape them into classic round-shaped truffles.
